The One to One solution is a series of physician-directed wellness education videos detailing common health and wellness concerns, like:
- The importance of movement and exercise
- Dietary changes for chronic condition management
- Meal planning and grocery shopping
- Avoiding holiday weight gain
- Family wellness
Each series lasts 4—6 weeks and is made up of short, upbeat videos with action-oriented wellness lessons. Daily videos are 3—6 minutes long and are available online for convenient viewing.
Prescriptions for change
Video training is prescribed at no cost to employees who participate in health coaching and need assistance with certain conditions. These engaging videos, backed by personal health coaching interactions, help participants retain new knowledge and make incremental changes that add up to healthier futures.
